Why are we a small, locally owned business?

La Galleria Events prides ourselves on being small and locally owned. This allows us to really curate an intimate experience for every wedding and personalize each detail. The owners of La Galleria Events are very hands on, always making sure that our food and service is of a high quality. Our staff loves doing unique and different things. If a couple wants to change up the menu or do something totally unique with the space we are so excited and happy to curate that experience!

What are our specialized unique services or specialty products?

Promoting our boutique services is a pivotal part of our business at La Galleria Events. Cultivating a personal relationship with our couples is our first step in getting to know exactly what type of wedding a couple is looking for on their special day. Food is a priory for every event. We like to develop a menu that is not the typical “banquet hall – mass produced food”. We have a Farm-to-Table menu where we use all locally sourced foods and beverages from local business just like us. We know that when you buy local, a real person smiles and we like that feeling. We also like to be respectful of food allergies and preferences. Recently we did a wedding that was completely vegan, gluten free and soy free. Everything was DELICIOUS Many guests were surprised at how many yummy choices there can be in these specific food categories.

Obviously, atmosphere is a huge part of every event. Often times when guest have an AMAZING time at an event they can’t always put into words what made this event more special than all the other events they had attended. We think that events at La Galleria are different because of the welcoming warm atmosphere. Just the right, lighting, decorations and friendly staff are the details that really take our events to a whole new level.

How do we provide our clients a one-of-a-kind experience?

Does your event Coordinator just call to say Hi how’s life? We do! All of our team at

La Galleria want to make sure everything is perfect! We go above and beyond to make sure we answer any questions or concerns about not just our venue, but the whole process in general.

How do we add a fresh perspective in the WNY wedding industry?

La Galleria Events thinks the key to any good wedding is being on the cutting edge of style and atmosphere. We don’t just follow the trends, we make them! As an example, we believe that photos are a super important part of weddings. We are creating a beautiful photo walk way in our woods. There will be a walk-way with about 6 different photo backdrop areas to make your wedding photos unique and natural. Secret Garden vibes anyone?

How does our business offer a higher standard for style, taste and quality?

There is no better way to ensure quality than to have someone who really cares along the journey. Ardwin, the owner of La Galleria Events is a total food snob. He grows a fresh herb garden outside the back door of his kitchen and won’t settle for anything less than the best products. Many event centers and restaurants used frozen and packaged products, where La Galleria creates everything by scratch. We absolutely are not an “Event Factory” and do everything we can to make sure our food is fresh and local. You will often sea Ardwin and the local meat markets, farmers market or going to four different stores to find the freshest pineapple (seriously this happened).

As far as the quality of our service and events we believe that our staff are more than just a resume. We care about our employees and try to move them up through the years. In an industry with a notoriously high turnover, we have a group of about 10 staff that have been with us for more that 14 years and another set of about 15 that have been with us for more than 5 years. This is so important to note when planning an event because an experienced team will always put out the best event. Small changes don’t rattle our staff, they know how to accommodate and roll with the punches.

We pride ourselves on our warm and rustic style. We owe that all to a design team that never stops. In the wedding industry especially, things go out of style really fast, so it is critical to be constantly improving. Every year we take on 2 major “off-season” projects so that we never let anything go stale. In April of 2019 we build a second bridal room, renovated our office space and designed hand- crafted wooden tables for our rooms. Looking at the trends around the nation and bringing them to buffalo is what we aim to do for our couples

How is our business contemporary and LGBTQ-friendly?

We are in the business that celebrates love, and we believe that love is love… and that’s final. We are so excited to be signing the 716 love is love pledge and doing everything we can to support the LGBTQ community in Western New York. We strongly believe in the inclusion of all marginalized communities.

What makes our clients the coolest couples in WNY?

Our clients are incredible. They are willing to break out of the norm and select a venue that has character. Our clients are yearning for something different and looking to not have the same wedding all their friends have had. They want to have a party that is intimate and luxurious, where everyone feels comfortable, but is having a deluxe experience and we aim to make that happen. Everyone’s love story is unique and we do everything we can to make glimmers of our couples lives come though during their celebration at La Galleria Events.
